Introduction: By accessing or using Valley stays (“we,” “our,” “us”) services, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before booking any services.

  • Services Provided: Travelez is an online travel agency that offers booking services for resorts, homestays, flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services.


  • Booking and Payment:
  • By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings if payment is not received or if the booking details are incorrect.

 

  • Cancellations and Modifications:
  • Cancellation policies vary by service provider. Please review the individual terms and conditions of each service before booking.
  • Modifications to bookings may incur additional charges or be subject to availability.
  1. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed and will not change.
  2. Liability: Travelez is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, injuries, or damages that may occur during travel. We act as an intermediary for third-party service providers and cannot be held liable for their actions or omissions.
  3. Customer Obligations:
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the eligibility and documentation requirements for travel.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations during your travel.
  1. Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
  2. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Returns and Refund Policy

Introduction: At Travelez we strive to provide excellent service. However, we understand that plans may change, and we are committed to offering fair refund policies for our customers.

  1. Booking Cancellations:
  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider (e.g., airlines, hotels). Customers should refer to the individual terms and conditions for each service/Property. • A cancellation fee may apply, and in few instances, cancellations may not be refundable.
  • Cancellation Policy
  1. Within 0 to 5 days before check-in, no refund.
  2. Within 6 to 14 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued.
  3. Within 15 to 30 days before check-in, a 75% refund will be issued.
  4. 30 days or more before check-in, a 100% refund will be issued.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [support@travelez.co.in] with booking details.
  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within [5-7] business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
  1. Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as non-refundable hotel bookings, flights, or special promotions, may not be eligible for a refund once booked. Please refer to the terms of each service for more details.
  1. Travel Disruptions:
  • If your travel is disrupted due to factors beyond our control, such as cancellations or delays by airlines or service providers, we will work with you to find alternative arrangements, but we cannot guarantee refunds.
  • We are not responsible for any additional expenses, such as meals or accommodation, incurred due to travel disruptions.
